Using this site

These pages describe roofing services offered in Deptford Township, New Jersey and nearby. They are published for information. Using the site means accepting what is set out here.

The words, photographs and layout belong to us, or are used here with permission. Reproducing them elsewhere is not permitted.

This is not a quotation

Nothing published here is an offer of work at a price. A figure becomes real only in a written estimate produced after somebody has been up and looked, and that document sets out what it includes.

The service descriptions are general. What any particular roof needs is settled on the roof itself.

Estimates, windows and variations

Written estimates are itemised and hold for the period printed on them. The timing window given is a considered opinion from what was visible on the day, not a guarantee of how long a covering will last. Where the covering comes off and the boards beneath are worse than they appeared, the additional work and its cost are agreed with you before it proceeds. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to that manufacturer's own terms, registration and conditions.

Scheduling and weather

Roofing follows the weather. Nothing gets opened that cannot be made watertight the same day, so dates occasionally move. We give you as much notice as we have, and a date moved for weather breaches nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute arising from this website or from work we carry out falls to the courts of New Jersey.
