About the Crew Working Deptford Township Roofs
Small on purpose, local by choice, and organised around telling people when a roof is due rather than persuading them it is due today.
Ask who will be on your roof — (856) 460-6905Why we work this way
The date came from being called in too late, too often
Enough times to notice the pattern. Somebody had been told two years earlier that the roof was fine, or that it needed doing immediately, and neither turned out to be true. What nobody had given them was the honest middle answer: this has a few years in it, and here is roughly how many.
So the estimate carries a window. On a roof with a decade left, the window says so and we go away. On one inside its last couple of winters, it says that too, and the conversation is about which month rather than whether.
The crew is small and stays small, because the person who gave you a window has to be the person standing on the roof when it comes due. A date written by somebody who will not be there to honour it is just a sales line with a number in it.
What we hold to
Four rules that do not move
No figure without a climb
Nothing gets priced from the pavement, from a photograph or from an address. Every number follows a look.
The window goes in writing
Not a verbal reassurance on the doorstep. Written down, so it is still there when you dig the estimate out in two years.
The smaller job gets its chance
Where a mend genuinely answers it, that is what leads, with the larger figure beside it so the trade-off is visible.
We leave it cleaner than we found it
Magnet over grass and tarmac twice, trough cleared, container gone. Nobody should be finding nails in June.
The free part is the best way to judge us
Have the roof looked at and read what comes back. Nothing to sign, nothing to pay, and the note is yours either way.
