Scope
This sets out how we handle information about people who contact us about roofing work in Deptford Township, New Jersey and the surrounding townships. It covers this website and the calls that come from it.
There is no form on this site, no mailing list and no account to create. The only way through to us is the telephone number printed on every page, so most of what follows concerns a call.
What gets written down
Your name, your telephone number and the address of the property, so that we can find it and turn up. Whatever you tell us about the trouble is noted as well, because it decides what goes on the van.
During a visit we photograph and measure the roof, and those images stay with the written estimate they produced. Where work proceeds and the covering is registered with its manufacturer, that registration carries your name and the property address to them.
Why it is kept
To do what you asked: answer the question, arrange and make the visit, write the estimate, carry out the work, file any manufacturer registration, and return if something needs attention later.
Images and measurements of a roof we have worked on are kept so a question two years later can be answered against what was there rather than from memory.
Who else sees it
The crew working at the property. Beyond that, only where the job requires it: a merchant delivering materials, a container supplier, the manufacturer where the covering is registered, and the township on a permit application. If you are claiming on insurance, the documentation goes wherever you direct it.
Nothing is sold, rented or traded, and your number is never passed on for marketing.
This website
These are static pages. The site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. Our host keeps ordinary server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Outbound links appear occasionally. Follow one and that site's practices apply instead of ours.
Retention
Enquiries that never turn into work get cleared once they are plainly stale. Records of work carried out, including images, estimates and invoices, are kept as long as we might need to stand behind that work or are required to keep a record — for instance where a manufacturer registration exists.
Your options
You may ask what is held about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion where we are not obliged to keep a record. Ring the number on this site. You may also ask us not to contact you again, and we will not.
